Durst (Brixen, Italy), manufacturer of advanced digital printing and production technologies, is launching the newest model in its highly successful P5 technology platform for the large-format printing market during its Firework of Innovations online-only event. The new P5 350 HS high-performance printer will be unveiled during a virtual presentation in the OEM’s Customer Experience Center at Durst headquarters in Brixen, Italy on Thursday, December 3 at 10 am Eastern Standard Time (4 pm Central European Time). The Durst P5 350 HS – combined with Durst Automat, a new solution for a fully automated printing workflow from Durst Software – will make production processes far more efficient for users while providing much easier management of mixed-print environments, said the manufacturer.

“With around 100 units already shipped all over the world, we are really excited to be officially launching our latest family member, the P5 350 HS,” said Christian Harder, Durst Group Global Sales Director of its Graphics Segment. “Those joining us for the virtual presentation will be amazed at the flexibility, speed and efficiency of this new printer.” Durst’s virtual Firework of Innovations event will also focus on the Durst Habitat System with UVC-R Technology, launched in August, to improve the quality of life in the new normal caused by COVID-19. The innovative air-disinfection system combines air exchange and UV rays together, to effectively reduce infectious air and therefore the indoor viral load.
