Joanne Gore Communications (JGC), a leading B2B marketing agency that helps companies stretch their marketing dollars and engage new print buyers and business buyers, has announced that its President, Joanne Gore, Xplor International Association Board of Directors Vice Chair and regular contributor to Graphic Arts Magazine (GAM), will present a variety of key topics affecting the customer communications industry at Xplor20 – also known as the Customer Communications Conference. The online event starts today.

“Despite our inability to come together live this year, I’m excited to welcome Xplor20 attendees to a global platform and share best practices, processes and customer trends driving the CCM industry.” The virtual event begins today and continues on October 1, 6 and 8. End-users, analysts, consultants, industry experts and vendors will gather for general sessions, panels, educational sessions, exhibits and networking. Education sessions will focus on four core issues – compliance, customer experience, data and technology.

On Tuesday, October 6 at 10 am (EST), Gore will moderate the panel titled The Evolution – Reshaping the Customer Experience. Panelists will include:

  • Brian Cox, Senior Director, Application Development and Infrastructure for RR Donnelley
  • Scott Draeger, CXPA M-EDP, VP of Customer Transformation for Quadient
  • Matt Swain, Managing Director and Practice Lead, Communications & CX Consulting at Broadridge
  • Linda Woodward, VP of Strategic Accounts with Hatteras Inc.

At 1:50 pm (EST), also on Tuesday, October 6, Gore will present an educational session titled: Three Success Factors Driving Customer Engagement – and How to Master Them. The session will take a closer look at what print buyers are saying, expecting and are willing to pay for an exceptional experience. “Print’s role in mass communication has shifted, forcing generations of print professionals to struggle in this always-on, app-driven, instant gratification world,” Gore added. “It’s a world where creating memorable and relevant customer experiences matters more than price.” For more information or to register for Xplor20, please visit the Xplor20 website.
