The new union will give customers and partners an expanded choice of solutions, while providing enhanced labeling capabilities and the benefits of greater investment in cloud-based solutions and technologies, the companies added.
The move also brings together 60 years of combined expertise in solving labeling challenges for companies of all sizes across a wide range of industries around the globe. The deal follows an impressive year of double-digit growth for both companies. The companies added that Loftware and NiceLabel now represent the largest labeling company in the world, with over 400 employees globally.
